Job Role:
- As a part of the branch banking them Bank relationship officer responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering banking related products and providing the banking related services to the new and exciting customers
- They will be required to use their communication skills to impress the customers to add new customers and cross sell there banking related production services
- They may also be posted as teller as per organisations requirements to process cash transactions of customers
Responsibilities:
- Offering solutions and cross selling banks retail banking and third party products as per their budget for example we can say like Life Insurance general Insurance mutual funds and loans etc
- Achu business budget shares are signed by the organisation on a monthly basis consistently
- Promoting banks products by taking part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch
- Complete all mandatory certifications whatever required for the job role
- Daily entry of interactions with the bank customers
- Participate and follow all campens which is provided by the bank in timely manner
