Responsibilities:
- You have to call the customers and you have to give them web portal services
- Initia telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the client settlement issues and account status
- Maintain adequate documentation process for the vehicles
- Record after call actions and perform postcard analysis for the clime settlement and you have to follow the process
- Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and customer information
Skills:
- High comfort level working on the US shifts
- Excellent Internet connection at your home
- You should have mobile hotspot as a backup internet connection
- You should have a laptop or desktop to work at home.
