Job Description:
The role is about the relationships with rural banking accounts and ensuring
best in class service to the customers and clients. The role barrier is
responsible for understanding the client needs and working according to the
customer needs and help them make the right decision with their current
accounts and savings accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance of average monthly balance of relationship of customers map to the incumbent
- Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiative
- Recommend process changes according to the order improve service efficiency and also the quality across the branches.
- Ensuring account use ability and also consistently maintaining the health of the account
- How to do KYC to the customer accounts
