Roles and responsibilities:
- Attend tea meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and solving doubts and complaints related to order status and building related queries through web chat and email support
- Responsible to handle enquiry in a matter which meets quality and performance
- Identify and escalate priority emails to appropriate channels
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and attempt to successfully resolve the cases in order to the customer guidelines
- Maintain karo understanding of system so that information can be related and research properly given by the customer
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of different type of a ecommerce related platforms
- You should have good communication skills along with proper grammar and fluency
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to understand basic mathematical problems
- Able to interact with employees
