- Respond to all the jio customers in appropriate tone and local language
- You should have good communication skills
- You have to learn about the jio plans and services along with the jio products

- Basic knowledge of reading and writing in the local language and English
- Mobile phone usage
- How to speak in the local language
- You should have great customer handling skills
