- Handle the basic phone pe related accounts and transaction related queries
- You have to flex between phone and data channels
- You have to follow the guidelines to bring the resolution
- Build your customer trust through their interactions
- Recommend process improvements also
- Engage and educate the lines and customers about phonepe
Skills:
- You should have good communication skills both or written and also the verbal skills
- You should have multilingual skills mostly in South Indian languages are preferred
- Both freshers and experience candidates can apply for these jobs
