Responsibilities:
- For responsible for responding to the customer queries and request you have to answer the calls avia phone q and give email chart support to the company customers
- You have to give technical Support for those were facing technical related issues and give them chart support and phone call support
- Support activities include supporting and users accepting it break fix request from customers cross multiple entry points providing them it related issues resolution
- Exposure to retail industrial devices
