Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer enquiries via supported communication channels 
  • Identify and log feature request 
  • Follow upon customer enquiry support issue feedback from R & D
  • Take ownership of support tickets and be responsible for funlling them through all process stages until your resolution has been reached 
  • Maintain an over you up submitted cases to r & d

Other Details:

  • You are excellent at communication and are able to translate technical terms into a customer friendly language 
  • Take clear ownership of your cases while yielding collaborative work on your cases in their absence
