Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer enquiries via supported communication channels
- Identify and log feature request
- Follow upon customer enquiry support issue feedback from R & D
- Take ownership of support tickets and be responsible for funlling them through all process stages until your resolution has been reached
- Maintain an over you up submitted cases to r & d
Other Details:
- You are excellent at communication and are able to translate technical terms into a customer friendly language
- Take clear ownership of your cases while yielding collaborative work on your cases in their absence
